Order and Payment

We ask that all balloon arrangements are paid for in advance, unless you have a cleared credit account with us. Credit accounts are only available to corporate clients and are on a strict 30 day post install.

If you are ordering balloons further than 2 weeks in advance then you may pay a 20% deposit at the time of order and the balance no later than 14 days before install or collection. If you are ordering and your event is within 14 days you will be asked to pay in full.

All of our price are subject to VAT. Website prices are VAT inclusive. Quotes given via e mail or messenger to the public are VAT inclusive. Quotes give to corporate clients are VAT exclusive.

You can pay by any of the following methods

• Credit of Debit Card Over The Phone
• Credit or Debit Card Link Sent By Us
• Bank Transfer
• Cash Instore
• If Ordering Online Then The Website Will Accept Credit Card or Paypal.

Collection or Delivery

If you have booked a collection time we ask that you stick to it as close as possible. Sometimes we are very busy and will try to make orders up in the order they are due to be collected. If you wish to change your collection slot then please give us a call we will do all we can to accomodate your request.

If you have booked delivery or installation we endevour to always be on time. In the unlikely event we are running late we will contact you. Sometimes things are beyond our control and may delay us.

Returns and Refunds

Once you have left the shop or the products have been delivered to you then the care of the products become your responsibility.

Obviously balloon decor has a limited lifespan, for the expected longevity of any balloon arrangement we urge you to contact a member of our team for advice.

As all our balloon displays are custom made we do not offer a return and refund facility.

If you have booked a balloon design for collection. We will have inflated and made your design giving it enough time to allow any flaws that may develop. Any repair or replacement will be chargable.

If we are installing your balloon decor we will photograph the completed project upon leaving.

Your Stautory Rights Remain Unaffected.

Balloons and Photographs

We will photograph your balloon design upon completetion. We may use the images on our website and social media pages. If you would rather us not use them please ask.

Data Retention

Credit card details when given over the phone are shredded as soon as payment it taken. In line with industry regulation credit card slips are securly held for a period of no less than six months then shredded. You personal information is held for a period of 2 years after we have completed your order. We do not share your Data with anyone.
